To address security issues and improve the mobile experience, a new site was commissioned on Webflow. The information architecture was redesigned to make it dynamic and scalable to support a growing team, while being easy to maintain and deploy in seconds. An internal app was also built into the site to improve their operational workflows.

After an initial consultation session with the client, we identified the following challenges.

• Built on WordPress, the website was failing multiple web security tests, and was blacklisted on some corporate networks and Internet Service Providers (ISP).
• The existing site was not mobile responsive and contributed to a poor user experience.
• The CMS was not easy to manipulate for the client and resulted in hours of time lost i.e. trying to edit a simple section.

1. An initial consultation session was planned to take stock of all access management, platforms and media libraries used. This included domain providers, mail server providers, web hosts, consultants, agencies, as well as internal assets like branding guidelines, photo and video libraries.
2. Interviews conducted with all partners to draw up user journey maps, identifying “happy flows” and lead capture touchpoints. This would help to shed light on pain points and improve the UX holistically.
3. Low-fidelity wireframes would be used for discussion with the client to approve and iterate upon.
4. Shortlisted platform budget was locked down.

Platform Longevity

• The platform chosen was Webflow, which is an industry leader in the low-code website management space. As it follows industry standards in web hosting (e.g. CDN, SSL, AWS), the client reaps the same benefits as MNCs without having to maintain their IT infrastructure.

Mobile-First Design

• The website was reimagined for a mobile-first design which could scale up on large screens as well. Content flowed seamlessly from desktops to tablets and mobile devices.

Instant Deployment

• Instead of simply migrating content, we had built a database of each staff member, allowing the creation of new pages dynamically when a new lawyer was added. This can happen in minutes, not days, and deploys to production instantaneously.

Additional Workflows

• Leveraging on the platform, an internal mini app was built to help with the administrative load.

100% security issues resolved by migrating to the a new platform. Partners and potential clients could access the corporate website without issues.

Decreased turnaround time (~50%) for creating new articles (<5 mins), new team profile showcase (<10 mins), and updating existing site content (<1 min per section).

New website design and user experience increased trustworthiness of the company and provides potential clients with the information they need before they schedule a meeting.
